Commercial Billing Addendum
Host-only commercial fee, invoice, and platform-provider billing disclosure for tenant and broker counterparties.
1. Scope
This addendum governs host-platform commercial billing terms for tenant, broker, and provider counterparties. It is not the client-facing retail legal layer for tenant frontends.
2. Invoice Components
Commercial invoices may include contracted base fees, PnL-share mechanics, standard credit/debit billing, futures notional charges, usage-based add-ons, and any separately executed amendments.
3. Source of Truth
The host platform ledger, metering records, execution data, and contract amendments are the authoritative source for invoice calculation and commercial settlement.
4. Non-Retail Separation
Tenant frontends such as FXBridge and PipVera must use their own client-facing legal and risk pack for retail onboarding. This host commercial addendum does not govern those public end-user relationships.
